Tired of boarding barn drama or want your horse to have access to more turnout? Up to two spots available for boarding and/or layup at a peaceful, private farm in a safe gated community 30 minutes east of Sacramento, just off Highway 50. Barn has oversize stalls (12 x 14), approx 1 acre grass pastures for turnout, and one layup pen that is approx 30′ x 60′. All-weather riding arena with excellent drainage. Wash rack (cold water only). Owner has worked in the horse industry for over 20 years and is very experienced in horse management. Dressage lessons & training also available.
Boarding:
$525 – includes pasture/stall/hay (teff & rye). Boarder provides grain and supplements.
Layups:
$1500 – includes necessary care/layup pen/stall/hay (teff & rye). Boarder provides grain and supplements.
Dressage Training:
$625 – Full training
$65 – 45 minute lesson
